Student Information System

SIS Instructions:

1.     Go to www.wayne.k12.ut.us

2.     Click on SIS on the left hand side

3.     Click on request a username below the login box

4.     Put in your student’s ID and birthday

5.     Click lookup student

6.     If at this point you get the following message:  There were no contacts found for the student you entered.  Please contact the office to configure your account or verify the data you entered and try again.  You will need to call either your student’s school or the District Office.  This just means that you have not been associated with that student yet and once that has been completed, you will be able to continue the process.

7.     Continue on through the steps that show up on the screen
